Orange color and plastic hub caps are a bit funky but it looks to be in relatively good in-service condition. I am far from an aficionado, so have no idea what make/model/year it is.

Saw this in Salem, CT
Orange color and plastic hub caps are a bit funky but it looks to be in relatively good in-service condition. I am far from an aficionado, so have no idea what make/model/year it is.
