Postby pete42 » Sun Jul 22, 2012 8:30 am

I'll blame not finding it on being old but truth is I'm also not that smart.

Should appear in your browsers "bookmark' or "favorites" list...... Check tool bar of browser and find "bookmarks" or "favorites" and mouse over it and chick on it. should open drop down list, scroll down and find the desired entry in list.... Click on it...

For starters, you need to let us know which browser you are using...

If it's Microsoft Internet Explorer, just click on the yellow star in the upper right hand corner... which is "list favorites".

nope nothing in my favorites except what I have place there before.
windows 7 does seem to work different I'm not blameing windoes-7 it may be I'm not doing things right.
I am unable to install "IESPELL" to check my spelling and "HP soultion center" for my printer
I just got this new laptop my 7 year old one a Toshiba the screen was only displaying everother line on the screen
I beleive it has a interlaced video chip set "they" wanted more to repair than a new one cost.
there are some post I would like to keep track of I may do it a little different and still get it to work.

why?

Because its so MUCH BETTER than IE....... For a massive brain trust that Microsoft is their browsers don't display correctly on many sites or they are not very fast..... If you at least try FIREFOX you will realize just how bad IE really IS....

Microsoft has been struggling to get it right for about 20 years and NETSCAPE (Firefox predecessor) got it right in beginning... If you want real operating system go UNIX or LINUX ... If mediocre is you bag just stay with Microsoft and be content with second best....
