Was talking with an insurance broker the other day and she informed me that I have to keep all recipts and the trailer would be classified as a U-built so I gave her a hypothetical figure of 25000 dollars and insurance for the year was 401.00 and then I asked the big question what if you were living in it she looked it up and showed me a chart that had work living or just plain ol' living in it and the living in it was only 25% more for the year....not to bad I thought
