Any ideas?

Howdy guys and gals...I'm very new at this teardrop trailer thing. Well, I've known about them for years, but I've never owned one. I posted on the "Introduce yourself" board about a trailer I found while going for a walk and checking out a home that's for sale in the Placerville, Ca area. It looks to be an older trailer, maybe 50's or 60's. The trailer is upside down and looks like it was thrown away. We got a hold of the homes previous owner and said to have at it. I want to build a 5x10 kenskill style trailer, but this trailer is too small. It's 4' spring to spring. I found a tag on some siding next to it,It says "The Terry Rambler" on it. I have some pic's, but I was wondering does anybody have any ideas on this trailer? When they were made and the models? Do you think I should grab the frame for parts? Get the siding too? The frame is bent a little at the back rail as you can see in the last picture.
