OK everyone ........Don't tell Angie about this!

While browsing online movie sites I came upon "Unsinkable Molly Brown" Some of you might remember it (1964) For those who need a refresher here we go.........
Long story short, modified to fit my purpose I'ts been ALMOST HALF A CENTURY since I've seen the movie!

Johnny Brown fell madly in love with Molly but couldn't afford a ring so he gave her a cigar band as a wedding ring

If I've got this right, Angie is looking for a 18 carat gold "cigar band" with a real diamond rock in it and that's serious stuff. Mike is supposed to have it for her this spring and says he is going to sell a cow to get it. They aren't getting married until probably a year from then.

Of course, you could hand him a cigar band with a diamond painted on it and listen to him laugh! He'd probably get a kick out of it.
