A fire, a new chair and a grandson....

Postby Woodbutcher » Wed Dec 26, 2012 11:08 am

My daughter and son in law got me a Zero Gravity chair from Cabellas' for Christmas. So I set it up next to the fire and relaxed as I pet my grandson. These things are great. Wish I would have gotten one earlier. While it is large I will bring it to all but the cross country trips.

Nice score on the chair. It is a tradition in our Scout troop for the adults to bring zero-g chairs to summer camp. I have even used mine as my bed on a few campouts. I think I have only pitched a tent twice in the last two years.

The chair looks light enough for a TD....but you will have to leave the fire and the Grandson at home this summer!

The chair is not that heavy, it is more of a space problem I think. But now I know it is so comfy I will leave something else if I have to. The fire gives off very little heat and NO smoke! The puppy is 9 and he is recovering from leg surgery, so he has slowed down some, but is a good guy.

Who got camping gear for Christmas??? I can't be the only one.
