Build end: manufacturer's tag imitation?

Postby working on it » Sat Jun 01, 2013 2:03 pm

I'm really close to finishing my trailer build. Waiting for one final part for the A/C, then the mechanical is done. The remainder to be done are the personalizing touches (as if the design and build aren't enough). Interior fabric theme is being narrowed down (so many, but not quite right, choices), then the coordinating exterior touches to match. Bringing the wife around to my vision is accomplished, even to the name change and decoration, so the end is in sight. The final touch will be a simulation of a factory built manufacturer's dataplate... again to reflect the theme. I designed what I wanted on the website of a dataplate maker, but I don't want to order a minimum of 100, so I backed off. I really want it done in metal, but I may have to use my wife's graphics experience to make it by means of another media, and simulate a metal tag. Has anyone here done this before? I searched, but found nothing. Here's what I need:107460

Never mind guys, I found what I needed. Here's another cellphone screenshot-107473- I remembered the Seton catalog at work...never needed it there, but redesigned my nameplate to fit their product and voila...I ordered 4 (2 as spares). I have my fake ID plates on the way, for under $50.
