Practicing our DO Cooking

Since we are stuck here at home this week catching up on the yard work that piled up while we were away.
We have been practicing our Dutch Oven Cooking so we can participate in some of those great potluck dinners at the next gathering we attend.
Sunday was Sandi already famous Roasted chicken and vegitables.
Monday was Chilli Relleno.
Tonight is a Blackberry cobbler(or dump cake) we sniped off of Dean & Jaonnie;s site.
All this sitting around in the evenings drinking red wine and watching Dutch Oven cooking videos sure makes a guy hungry.

Will pick up our new Lodge 8" DO on our next trip across the border. But for now the 12" Regular is working just fine.

Okay now I am looking for a rut to lay my belly in........why did I eat so much?
I guess "because the recipe worked"......it was sooooo very good.
Fresh picked blackberries from our farm, just 15 minutes before the hit the DO.
Got to go lay down!
