My opinion... doesn't matter if you are short or tall, long legged or not; unless it is a lazyboy most camping chairs are uncomfortable after a while. What I've been using the last few years is a collapsible camp stool, the one I have happens to have 4 legs (not 3) and I got it at Cabelas. Of course, I don't see it for sale anymore. It's a great and portable foot rest, so no matter what chair you have, you can put your feet up. and it's easily adjustable, just by moving it closer or further away from the chair.

It's also been used as a side table, and occasionally, as a stool. (usually by kids, it's their height).
For the chair I use most often, I chose it for the sun shade that was built-in, not so much for the chair itself. It's the footrest that provides longer comfort time spans.
