The club house I never had?

Postby RandyG » Mon Sep 09, 2013 9:43 pm

I've been asked "why build a camper that small?" My answer of going through the benefits of tears got long. Then it hit me, my teardrop is just that perfect fort I never got to build when I was younger. It being a trailer that we can pull around just makes it 'adult like'. Who else thinks their being inspired by the inner kid?

 Yup, I'm with you. And then when i get to the campsite up goes the ez up, the chairs go underneath, the coffees brewing right there. and if your lucky enough to pack 2 or 3 tears in the same site, you can lay there at night with your doors open talking into the wee hours with your buddy :D
Yeah camping brings out the boy in me.

I didn't build mine but I think you are on to something. Since I try to park back and away from people it is like crawling into a fort when you were a kid and hiding from the world.

Small, Lightweight, And won't take up much room !!

And little cost if you lose them, (your marbles that is ) !!!!
If any one asks if you lost your marbles you can show them, That you haven't yet !!!

I built plenty of forts as a kid. The teardrop is just a continuation of a good thing. I have one of my teardrops at work at all times. Sometimes I just take a break from work and crawl in. Just a hiding place.

I rarely think of how many days of camping I have ahead of me. It's how many nights of sleeping in my trailer.  don't get me wrong I love the camping, but there's something about climbing in that little space.....well you know
