Not a teardrop but I do have an inside galley in my 4'x6' tiny canned ham. Still fleshing out the features for the galley. Right now everything is in tubs. Some will stay but I'll be refining some of the details over the winter. There's also room inside for a Thetford porta potty and my vintage grill which are stored beneath the galley counter.

have you had a real close up encounter with a TD? there are several things to learn about a teardrop, and may I suggest you mark off a 4x8 area and try to put in that area a bed a sink, cooler and a stove with pots and pans and water. with four foot of head room. I suggest you read some of the different builds in the build threads and really read and see if someone lives near you that would let you see theirs then you can get a real understanding of what a teardrop is really like. I would suggest going to one of the campouts in your area but quite frankly I don't know where you live or your name if you live near my I would be glad to show you mine. I am not being ugly but when you talk of a galley in a teardrop I am sure you can sleep in about three foot of room and use a foot for your galley it can be done, Stacie is by herself and in a lot of ways going easy cooking but if you plan to build I would go bigger if you want an inside galley. It sucks when you accidentally spill something on your bed or or where the flame on a stove goes up a foot for some crazy reason. I have had it happen on me. Just sayin' Good luck!!!

For an inside galley in a teardrop type shape, your best bet is a T@B. Otherwise, you are going to have to look more to the canned ham or bread loaf type of trailers. Things like a Scotty or a Shasta or maybe something like a Scamp.

Thanks for the kind words about my build thorr,

To mirror what Mary said... There are a lot of things to consider with the interior galley. To cook inside there's smoke, fire, odors, splatters, spills, and humidity. None are good inside the cabin. I thought I could do more light cooking inside my trailer than it turns out is possible in a safe or convenient manner. Traveling this summer and fall I made a lot of realizations one of which is to do any serious cooking, outside of the trailer is best. I am currently working on a small slide out platform that will go out the window alongside the countertop. I could, in a pinch, plug in an electric hot pot to boil water without allowing condensation to build up in the trailer as well as run my small propane backpacking stove outside the trailer without having to set up a table or putting the grill outside. But for the most part have realized that dry goods and cold food that at the most, needs to be lightly reheated, are most convenient for food prep inside a tiny trailer. If you've got enough space to have a small microwave and will always be camping where shoreline power is available (like in RV parks) that's one way to warm food quickly and safely. I don't have the space for anything like that and keep my cooler in the car. But, it's all working out just fine. Just not quite how I'd envisioned it would.

If you want a serious kitchen a canned ham may be a better option than a teardrop.

(Enjoy that ziti GPW. It's a pretty fantastic recipe. :) )

You can review the generic Benroy plans and get a general idea:

http://www.mikenchell.com/images/GenericBenroyPlans.pdf

Cabinets are on page 21 of the above; but, your measurements and what you do will depend on what you want and what you are working with, including the size of your trailer.

You can get Galley ideas from pictures here:

Although we installed a Mini-Galley in our trailer , It won’t be for serious cooking (just like Stacie ^ ) Just a Mr.Coffee and a small toaster oven for making toast or warming things up ... drawer for kitchen stuff, and a place for the cooler ... All Serious cooking will be done outside on the BBQ, or in my Solar ovens.... of Inside somebody's Kitchen as related to our type of camping (EVAC)... 79537

Here's a design that gives you the best of both worlds: inside and outside galley:
