The second issue at the beginning of this week was our ISP/Server's domain name registration auto-renew that didn't auto renew. This effected mail being delivered to us. This issue was resolved very quickly and depending on the timeframe that the sending server has set to resend will determine when emails actually arrive to us.
So, there could still be emails that we sent that are still circling between queues and filters that haven't been updated, but it has been long enough and we have re-submitted to Comcast (again!), so I doubt it.
Please! ... if you have sent us an e-mail or order and you have not heard back, please send us another one and we'll get all caught up! If you have sent us an e-mail or order and had it returned to you as undeliverable, please send us another one and we'll get caught up. If you have sent us an e-mail or order and you received an Error message, please forward that message back to us so that we can address the issue(s) with your server.
Sorry for the hassle and inconvenience, but we appreciate your patience and understanding! Don't you just love technology ...
