An innovative very aerodynamic teardrop I saw on Gizmag.

Last March I was able to tour one in Key West. THe owner was so excited to see a Camp Inn teardrop, we enjoyed providing tours to each other.
Kinda of a combination of an Aliner, pop up, and teardrop. Proveds standing space, foldable, and lots of light thru the windows. Spendy.

had everything in it, shower, potty, kitchen. aluminum skin and frame and floor,
kinda neet, but if I remember he said he paid like $34,000 for it
If it ain't broke, fix it till it is

I've yearned for an Alto for years now. Have never seen one in person though & could never afford one. First found them online when I started searching for info on the HiLo Mojo. Shortly thereafter HiLo went belly up. :( Am very glad Safari Condo is still around and making the Alto line.

I guess you could build your own. Mike started a design and thread on an Alto version of the Winter Warrior. Here's the thread: http://www.tnttt.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=32575&hilit=alto

Oh my! Would love that but maybe I'll wait for the next build. Let's see how the first, easy one goes. How does it seem to always lead to a second build? You folks have corrupted me!

Yes it is a disease. I've been wanting to build a second TD/TTT halfway through the first build.

I'm gonna wear mine out before I build another.
But that doesn't stop modding the heck out of it

Yes. The Alto is beautiful. But expensive! We ended up with a used Aliner which we love.
