Treated plywood is pressure-soaked in caustic chemicals (containing arsenic or copper pesticide, depending on the age of it) that will outgas toxic fumes into the trailer. Concrete-sealed plywood is made with special glue to make it waterproof, and coated with release agents, so that it can be used on concrete forms without the concrete sticking to it. I don't know what exactly the risks of that can be, but I would not want these products in the confined space of a teardrop-size camper.
