It has been posted before. I think it's stunning, and you get such a big area to sleep, sit etc, from a small or regular trailer.
I had been playing around with something similar for my own design, but in the end I ditched it, because I was just worried that for a home builder, using wood, you would lose so much strength in the frame by having drop down sides x2.
I would imagine the commercially built version has a welded frame with rigid corner posts, which would be hard for an average home builder to emulate in wood.... Well at least on build #1!
