Spotted out in the wild. . . Twice in two days!

Postby deleted » Mon Jun 23, 2014 12:30 pm

I recently spent two days on the road traveling from CA to WA state.

When I arrived in WA I checked my Facebook and saw this that evening, spotted by a fellow tnttt'er:

Then this after I blogged about the Washington sighting this morning:

Your famous now Staci, you will not be able to hide from the public anymore. This means good hair and makeup every morning. My brother lives in Spokanne, it's a beautiful city. I will tell him to be on the look out for the Glampette. If you have not ever been, try to get over to Lake Coeur D' alene on the WA ID border. :wine:

Happy trails,
Steve

Thanks for the comment Steve.

I do feel like I need to be presentable at all times from now on! You just never know who's watching :R

That's so funny your brother lives in Spokane! Most people haven't ever heard of it. It is a wonderful city. I used to feel torn that when I was in CA I missed Spokane. When I'm here I miss CA. Once I move I guess I'll have to miss both. Does your brother have a trailer? Someone has an Airstream Bambi just a couple of blocks from my folks house. I drool every time I walk or drive past it.

Have been to Coeur d'alene in the past. Went through it with The Glampette last fall to attend my 30 year High School reunion in Post Falls. Spent the second half of the evening out in the parking lot. One group of girls wanted to see inside and it never ended. . . They went in and sent more people out. . . And so on, and so on, and so on. :)

Stacie, my brother is about as far away from any kind of trailer as you can get. His vacations are at big fancy resorts now, or Europe. He grew up like me but went different directions when it comes to traveling. He did ask me to take him on a short trip in my teardrop when he came to visit. We did the usual stuff and made a nice Dutch Oven meal. He did have a good time but showed no interest in getting his own trailer.

Sounds like you made a big impression at your class reunion. It must have been a big surprise when you showed up pulling a little camper, that was probably smaller then most of their shoe closets. They got a good lesson in minimalist living. Maybe you rubbed off on a couple of them.
