IDK what to say, except "so long and thank you"

Postby eggsalad » Tue Oct 07, 2014 3:41 pm

I came to this forum a bit over a year ago, when I decided I no longer liked tent camping. With your help, ideas, love, and support, I built my very own camper. I really appreciate all of you.

However, I just came home early from a planned 4-day camp. As it turns out, it wasn't really that I didn't like tent camping, rather, I don't particularly care for camping in general.

Thanks for everything, and look for The Coffin in the "For Sale" section soon.

warmest regards,

Egg,

Better to discover sooner than later...life is short.

Hope you find a good hobby that makes you happy!

Waiting for "someday" will leave you on your deathbed wondering why you didn't just rearrange your priorities and enjoy the time you had, instead of waiting for a "better" time to come along...

Well, I would not want to camp in a coffin either

Seriously, I hope you find a hobby to enjoy!

I discovered years ago that camping for camping's sake is kinda boring. I consider it a means to get to a destination or activity I want to do. Some folks like to go and just sit - that's their means of unwinding - that's not what I do.

You might be having a kind of post-partem depression of sorts. The build is over, and all the fun was in the build.

Hope you figure it out. Good luck!
