Alternative to Fantastic Fan

Has anyone tried the Heng's 17511-G1 9" Vent? http://amzn.com/B0027XEKMW I like the smaller size but was wondering about the quality of the unit, especialy consodering the $32 price.

Yea, I should have said Fantastic Vent. But I do plan on using a 200 mm (8") computer fan with it.

I am using a standard vent with a bank of 8 computer fans (4 blowing out - 4 blowing in) switched in 2s with a pwm variable speed controller so if I need to conserve battery I can easily cut back on power use. I have a really good battery monitor system that helps too. Just built a frame in the same cedar my interior is finished in.
