I agree with you slow. It's sad but True. I was at one of the Colorado state parks and there was a moose buy the side of the road about 20 yards out.
People were stoping to take pictures, I couple of wise guys guys thought they would walk in to get a closer pic or maybe a selfie with the moose. As luck would
have it a park ranger came up just in time to warn them that a moose can run up to 30mph and get agressive when scared. With the way some people try to interact with wild life it would not supprise me if you have to start watching a saftey video before you enter a state park LOL.

Here's a selfie of my foot and a pic of my wife working a fish both taken the same day.

Natural selection? Naw, nothing to do with that scientific stuff. It's all about 'telligence and proper wading boot selection. You gotta make sure your boots are sneaker-like fast and your fishing partner's are the heavy duty model. :D

I never realised that bears like to take selfies of themselves - it's amazing what I learn on this forum....

I agree with you on that one. Frequently I have seen groups or husbands and wives that are together only have one can between them. I think each ought to have a can and practice using it. Especially if the bears are getting in the habit of taking selfies!

Exactly. Not practicing deployment (the draw and safety removal) with a can of bear spray is like buying a pistol and never shooting it.
