I plan to use my future tear primarily as a cargo hauler. I am a Civil War reenactor and handle most of the cooking for my unit. I am looking at double doors (for unloading) and a woodie design for Build One. I see a large tongue-box for cast-iron pieces (often sooty) and a battery. Open to other design ideas, especially simple stuff like the water-bottle-boxed-to-drain-into-a-sink I saw elsewhere.
