In the process of checking out Compass Rose this spring I noticed some bubbling of the ceiling and it hit me what we had, a leak. The bad news the center panel needed to be replaced and there is no available original material so the whole ceiling is being replaced. The good news is that since it is an aluminum frame that is all that is being replaced. What it boiled down to the roof seams were never properly sealed, they are now.
