In the past 11 months, since starting an official internal Chapter Roster I have signed up 71 Teardrops (26 members) here in the Pacific North West.
With 25 of those trailer owners (42 members) coming in the past 3 weeks, since we embarked on our first official Fall Crawl event.
There is obviously considerable interest in Teardrop Camping here in the NW, as there are numerous Teardrop Gatherings and Vintage Trailer Rallies sponsored by organizations other than the Tear Jerkers.
Sandi and I have been involved in Teardrop Trailer touring and camping for only the past 3 years and have been attending as many events as we can.
It is at these events that I have been recruiting members for the Tear Jerkers PNW Chapter. Our Chapter officially encompasses Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana. But, we have signed up members from as far away as Southern California that are members of more than one chapter..
To date we have hosted three events (two Gatherings under the B.C. Chapter banner and a Crawl under the PNW banner)
With the success of our 1st Annual Fall Crawl fresh in everyone's mind, we are already making plans for next year.
