Solar & taxes

Hello all, would anyone have any info or links (been checking) outlining/describing the requirements for tax rebates/etc..
on solar equipment? Duck season is open now in Wisconsin, so I'm getting some in a row. Federal and or Wisconsin state
would be nice.

I thought I would post here before one of the solar forums. It seams impossible to post a question on them without opening
some kind of a can of worms.

Policies and incentives, state by state. Tax credits apply to homes, even second homes, but not RV's. Some states also waive the state sales tax on equipment used in a PV system.
