Not yet, it's been too warm here but I was planning to check out how cold I could comfortably sleep with my current cold weather gear. I'm good to about 20F in a tent but I'm cold much below 10F. I'm wondering how low I can go in my foamy.

I was not planning on it but while doing some work on the Ham gear, it was so nice inside the TD I fell asleep Ugh! We are getting Snow right now and we are told it will not be inches BUT feet!! :( No matter the TD is under the car port and was able to get a few things done this AM. Our next trip will be to Yuma in Feb. for the Ham Fest. In case I forgot to tell you, glad your back! Capt. Bob

How Cool is that? You almost have more projects then I do Ha! I am going to have to get a real job so I can take some time off!! We are going to go to as many Nal. Parks as we can in 2016 to make Ham Radio contacts from the parks. So I have redone most of my Ham gear in the TD. I think I am ready? I will keep you posted. Why don't you meet us in Yuma in Feb? (it's warm most days) 8)

Not exactly "camping", but we have used the camper as an extra "guest room"...

I have consider that potential and would gladly let anyone use it as such if the need arises. In fact when we downsize with 12-24 months and go to just two bdrooms, our trailer may just offer a great solution when we have many guests.

I have to admit sometimes when I want to hide from the world or the wife and kids have the TVs in the house monopolized, I sometimes go out into the garage where my TD is and climb in and either listen to music in peace or crack open the lap top and sit back and watch a movie. The bed is actually more comfortable than the one in the house.

We have an old family cabin in the high Sierras, and in the summer months if we get a big crowd I just tow the teardrop up, it will sleep two with ease. But you better like each other! Works like it was meant to.

Took a nap in the blue one this afternoon and we will be sleeping in it tonight. They are foam trailers so it doesn't take too much to heat them. Slept in the brown one the other night at 4 degrees F.
