Ask away. But, We need something from you.
What is your plans. What are using it for? off road? Insulated? There is a lot of different ways to build a teardrop. There are some that are decked out and there are one's that are very basic.

Okay so I am building a 4' x8' teardrop camper. 1/2" exterior walls, 1/2" insulation and 5mm interior wall. How would I make a leak proof door? It is about 30"wide and 36" high.

The key to a leak proof door is a door that will drain any water that gets in. One need a lip on the inside on the wall and a lip on the out side on the door. make the bottom of the door opening slant out so any water will drain out. I hope you are thinking 2 doors. One door would make camping a lot more difficult. Is this camper for 2 people? 4 wide is very cozy, but easier to build. I would go with 3/4 insulation and 3/8 or 1/4 on the outside. I take it you plan on painting the outside. if so I would use titebond II and canvas first as a base for the paint. It will keep the wood from checking.
Windows? I like the Wilie home made window design. Leakproof, easy to build and low cost.
Just my thoughts.
This will give you some of the design ideals

I would suggest you get a copy of Steve Fredrick's Teardrop Shop Manual: http://www.campingclassics.com/shopman05.html

Well worth the $60. Very detailed about all steps in teardrop trailer building including the doors. I think it's about 250 pages.
