Design software?

Postby adker27 » Thu Mar 17, 2016 9:46 pm

Hey everyone I've been drawing out ideas for a while now, however I'm not artist, and definitely not an architect. Can anyone recommend an easy-to-use design software that won't break the bank? I have a very limited budget and I don't want to have to remake and design on the fly as I build, it creates a lot of wasted time and money.

Thanks for any and all help.

For 3D design, there's the free version of Sketchup as well as FreeCAD that could be used.

I've been using Autodesk Fusion 360. It is free for hobbyists and has great instruction and support. A professional level product.
