For me, build time was after the family went to bed. Kids are in bed around 8-8:30, and the wife went down around 9. As a chronic insomniac build time beat sitting on the couch watching netflix.

Took me about 4 months from start to usable on my little build. This month we're pulling the winter tarp off and adding the AC unit, 110v AC power, some drawers inside under the kid bunk, some cupboards in the kitchen, and a solar panel. I suspect build time will be similar, and I want to have the AC and interior upgrades done before June, leaving the solar for later in the summer.

Last year was get it usable, this year is get it more comfortable/finished.
