I was looking at an old 1878 Missouri paper and this article caught my eye - when it said "could easily be moved on wheels.

Looks like some of my first efforts at bread making :R ..... Too bad about non load bearing .... Guess that could be compensated for with a load bearing framework... ? :thinking:
