Bagels and Almond Butter. No fuss.

Freshly ground coffee & cinnamon sweet rolls. Nice to have the oven for baking & the smell is great!

Mountain man breakfast in the Dutch oven.

1 bag of thawed tater tots
1 onion diced
1 package bacon cut strips into 1” pieces
1 log Jimmy dean sausage
12 eggs
I package shredded cheese
1-2 slices jalapeños-optional
Salsa on the side

1. Cook bacon and sausage. Remove from DO leave about 2 table spoons of grease in DO.
2. Sauté onion, add tater tots. Stir in bacon and sausage and cheese.
3. Crack eggs on top or mix eggs as you would for scrambled eggs and pour on top.
4. Cover and cook until eggs are done.

We were at a gathering with a terrific host. He had "Breakfast in a Bag." Two eggs in a freezer bag and all sorts of things to add. He had green onions, diced ham, crumbled bacon, pepper and cheese and many thing I can't remember.
Add stuff to a freezer bag (with initials on it with a marker) A large pot of boiling water and its ready in 12=13 minutes.
Easy clean up, Everybody enjoyed it and stood around eating right out of the bag. Good Time
