Stargazer Window Leak-Caulk???

Looks like I have the same problem as others in this thread with a recently purchased used 2016 Silver Shadow after several days of torrential rain here in SoCal. I'm currently planning to try the method described by others related to re-calking between the window and the frame. I'm also looking for ways to remove the water stain from the wood after I've fixed the leak. I've seen that Barkeeper's Friend might do the trick. I also reached out to the dealer to see if they have any advice.
