Help to protect my aluminum

I just finished my exterior with coil aluminum stock and all trim and wonder if there is a wax or a treatment for this aluminum ? I need to give it a little more protection in my garage during the winter because I have a vehicle occupying the other half of my garage and it drags in salt during our Wisconsin winters. I plan to divide the garage with a poly tarp or Visqueen plastic and create a temporary wall to hold down the salt dust on the teardrop. I also have some tape marks on
the side that are visible and assume that oxidation took place and the marks left over are slight but I wonder if there is something to use on that also? I tried dish soap and water but to no avail.
