Our Group 27 Trojan is still alive, but it won't last many more years (5 years old now). I was grumbling about spending over $200 for a battery when I got ours. It's been a good performer & we never run out of power.
I'll be interested to see how you like the battery & how many years it lasts. The life-cycle looks really good so it may go for many years. Please post about it when it's installed & running. Also, let us know in 5 or 10 years how it's working out!
I came across a comparison of all deep cycle battery types (6v, lead, gel, AGM, lithium) but can’t find the link. There were only two scenarios that beat out lithium. 1 was needing a battery for short term use, under 2-3 years with low power needs. 2. Having to charge the battery below freezing which lithium’s don’t like. Every other scenario lithium wins, when you combine scenarios it’s not even close.
On paper in my teardrop and our power needs that Renogy 100 AH battery would be the last battery I would need to buy.

I shouldn’t need to replace my batteries for another 5 years I hope.
