Fixing the wash machine today. $76 in parts instead of $950 to replace.

Have to replace the agitation hub which is worn out and causing slippage in spin cycle and the tub hangers to dampen the earthquake shaking.

I have a KTM-690R Enduro presently being prepared for the Transamerica Trail in early July. Also have my trusty KTM-450EXC which is my go to woods bike.

Gorgeous.
Those 690's are reputed to be real arm stretchers.
Looks like it's crying out for a fatty front tyre.

Made the 2yo grandson bacon and eggs at 6:30 AM.
Took a little light abrasive compound to the roof and hood of my truck, it needed a little work.
Waxed it, applied some glass protectant, cleaned, waxed and dressed the wheels/tires.
Spent some time in Sketchup drawing up a bed frame for the camper.
I'll be done when I'm finished, if that's not fast enough, take a number.

Put together a DIY E-Bike. Bought a cheap 36V 750W kit off Amazon and a few Makita battery adapters. Still need to tidy up some of the battery wires but it works! Time to park the truck for awhile until gas prices come back down.

Well actually did it yesterday evening but I swapped out the track battery in my 2006 Prius from OEM nichel hydride to a fifpo4 upgrade. Only did an 8 mile test drive last night but went from 40mpg to 48mpg on the same route. The upgrade also dropped the battery weight from around 80lbs to around 40lbs. It was a back breaker to take out and a feather to put back in lol
You hide your conversion and call it stealth. I put mine out in the open and give it a beer.

Are the Makita batteries additional power or are you just running on those?

The Makita batteries are the primary power source. Won't get the same mileage as a traditional e-bike, but should still be able to get about 8 miles out of two 5ah batteries. My office is a mile away so even if I go home for lunch, this covers my daily needs.

Spent an hour or so trying to coax another project out of the ol' blue Cricket, but he's not singing any more tunes.
His replacement is considerable smaller put welds as well as the old boy did back in the day.
It was the last one on the shelf at HF and it was on sale for $169
