I take Hydroxychloroquine for my arthritis. Works pretty good. Been on it for 6 mo. This is the med that might help the virus. Tried for 3 days. Price quoted kept going up and then they would say the don't have it. Last refill was $36. I was quoted up to $150.

Very disappointed as it takes a few months to work on arthritis, so if I ever get it I will have to start over. One pharmacy said they might have it next week. Hope I can get it, but I really hope it helps with the virus for people. Stay safe.

FDA will release sactions against an Indian producer with substandard manufacturing QC to try to reduce the shortage, but that will be too late for many.

Just don't take the QC version that is for parasites in fish. I'm sure you've seen the news story about a husband and wife that took it and he is now dead. For years I (Bob) have had arthritis in my knees and fingers and take Glucosimine Chondroitin pills that I buy at Walmart off the shelf. Recommended by a bone specialist I went to several years ago. Takes awhile for them to start working, probably a couple months. I take it twice per day at meals and have been on them for years.
