Had a lady that bout a extra trailtop sleeper and want one more . As we have are rental fleet. where we are at don't need any more. Been want to DIY foam core composite panel trailer .As we don't need any more trailers. It be built much like Sawtooth Unlimited .https://expeditionportal.com/forum/threads/sawtooth-unlimited-off-road-pop-top-camper-trailer.183743/ and Hight-and-dry https://expeditionportal.com/forum/threads/tradgrans-trailer-build-its-now-is-a-pop-top-we-have-a-tent-and-ac.217954/
I nave about 50 sheets of this structural foam with fiberglass Flame retardant surface Veil.
So if I build it .It be gone and I fill my itch. not that I have three trailers that have to be finished are rebuilt
. So has anyone built the grand Monsieur Mikeschn Nano Weekender? Can you believe Harbor Freight trailers are $ 550 US now

Holy crackers . This thing is going to be so easy to build using these low-pressure a bunch of crap piled on top of it DIY foam core composite panels. no sparse .no floor joists this thing is so easy even if you put your shoes on the wrong feet you could do this.
Will pop the first wall tomorrow . under 4 hrs. to drill foam 8 sheets . 1'' by 8' x 4. cut all the fiberglass material for the both side walls cut the pattern and lay upped one wall. Jess and Scott and Jim for leading the way

So far the only thing I changed was the very bottom front I made it flat I didn't want to give up 12in of interior space.
The only one that seems ever been started is the one that Mike has in his basement
Now the only Hang-Ups are the size of the cabinets in the back.
Mike do you remember the size of the cabinets I know you drew this up 2012.
Do I put it on a Harbor Freight frame or for less cost do I make it four and a half feet wide. and use Angib lightweight frame we've been real happy with the rental units
