2012 Little Guy valuation help?

I'm looking at a 2012 Little Guy 5 wide. Basic platform.

Colorado Rocky Mountain owned. No rust. No corrosion. Looks like outdoor stored with cover. Tires have about 1/4 life left. tongue platform but no box. No tools.

It's in ok shape. The biggest gripe I have is the galley hatch has a leak at the top left corner where the two seals come together and as such has seen some water damage on the galley tabletop. Aside from that, things seem generally ok. The channel covers for some of the attachment points are cracked open, and I believe the locking latch plate of the right door window is broken, or needs adhesive?

Anyway, that's about all I could find wrong with it. The person is asking $6800 and I am considering it. Maybe offering 6 because of the repairs needed.

Does anyone have any opinions or suggestions on this trailer and the price?
