Posting Videos

Postby Capebuild » Thu Aug 04, 2022 1:54 pm

I'm asking if anyone can share any how-to-do-it tips on how to post short videos.
I know you can post a link to a YouTube video but I see other videos that are embedded right within the TNTTT post.
How do you do that?

Below is a screen shot as an example of what I'm referring to.

Thanks

John

I believe you need to copy the embeded link and then post as a URL, been a long time since I've done it.
I'll be done when I'm finished, if that's not fast enough, take a number.

Easy once you get the hang of it.

Copy the embedded link from share on YT.
In your post here, click YouTube. You will see this:
The cursor will be lined up between, so just paste the link you copied.
Look at the link, delete https://youtu.be/ leaving the balance in place. Nq-hAPdqok8 between

Hit preview and check it out.

RJ Howell, thanks so much for the clear explanation!! Yesterday I had tried doing just that, the only thing was I was not removing the part of the link you suggested to delete. Could not figure out why it was not working. But just tried it doing what you suggested and worked great. Really appreciate it.
Big Thanks!!
