Building a metal brake to bend the aluminum interior. We found a product called aluminum jacketing, it's thin, lightweight, has a stucco texture and a vapour barrier built in to prevent condensation, it's cheaper per sqft than aluminum flashing, won't show imperfections as much and the condensation will be minimized - we plan on lining most of the interior of the camper with it.
Most of the materials for the build: 2x6, two 2x4, door hinges, piece of metal angle, piece of metal flat and a couple of bolts with anchors.
Finished brake with handles . . . yes handles.
A flip of the bending portion .
