Looking for some POWER UP tips

Hi all,
I'm building a teardrop strictly for tailgating. I need to power a radio, some lights and a 110v plug for the occasional blender. Any thoughts on the easiest way to do this ? Do I still need a converter or can I go from the battery to a distribution block to each item and run a separate inverter for the 110v plug ? Im ok with geting back to my garage and recharging the battery manually each time.
