Back on board

Hi everyone!

I found this forum last summer and started building a Harbor Frieght frame Cubby.

I am in Wisconsin, so winter, a death in the family, and employment issues have put the trailer in the garage for the last 6 months.

Anyhoo, I am getting back to it now. I have the main shell built and wired with an aluminum top and spar-varnished oak veneer plywood sides.

My next step is all the aluminum trim and the building the doors and the hatch.

Any suggestions on best style or vendor for hatch and door handles (must lock) and hinge would be appreciatted.

Feeling kinda lonely working on this > many thanks for any and all encouragement.

I will try to post some images soon to show you where I am at.

If there are any SE Wisconsin teardrop owner/builders around, I would love to come look at your trailer in person to figure out how to do trim and other details.

Thanks everyone.

Ben:

Rich's List up on top of the forum Could be your first step to look for parts. That is where you can find Vendors.

The new FAQ section is going uP and questions can be made there. LOOK to the top for many answers.

Go here for Terms if need be as this will be of value as the data increases. Terms = http://tinyurl.com/n6jgs

Steve,

Can I interest you in being an admin in the FAQ section?

Mike...

The quality is remembered long after the price is forgotten, so build your teardrop with the best materials...

I found the locking t-handle latch for my hatch at Lowes in the garage door department.
