Hey, felixx!
I can-and-do send 4' & 5' "hurricane" hinges to NZ all the time, no problems (except for the cost of shipping!) ... but I do see a lot of potential to the hinge you linked to! My only concern would be overall longevity of the polyurethane rubber after extended exposure to sunlight ...
... looks easy enough to replace, though, in case of eventual failure. What would be the cost comparison? CHEERS!
