Hatch Building

Hey ... can someone point me to a very clear build of a basic hatch with clear instructions...I am just a little hung up on it...thanks

It depends a lot on how your side walls are built, how the gaskets need to work for a good seal & how the hinge is set in place. I'm in the middle on the hatch build now, so you might take a look at what I'm doing, but there are different types of builds, so you need to come up with a firm design first, then work out all the details before jumping into it. There's a lot of good information out there, so look at people's build journals to see how they do their assembly.

Here's a sketch of how mine is being done, just a section through the wall to show the general relationship of the parts. I'm sticking fairly close to this now, but have changed one or two small things.
