weather resisting double doors?

Hey, so I am officially set on double doors for my gally. this should allow me to be able to open the doors fully with a canoe on the roof. I have been searching all over the internet to try and find understandable directions to build them. I'm wondering if anyone knows how has made them themselves that could draw up or maybe even take detailed pictures of there double doors where to find them at? I would like them to sit flush with the back of the trailer as much as possible. I'm having a hard time figuring out what type and where to get the seals, what side they would go on, and everything else that goes along with that process of both water and dust sealing it.
