Ah well.. no response from Hunter.. I'm sad to say it , but in our experience service has never been something they ever seem to be interested in so I'm not surprised (some might remember the hassle we went through just getting their assistance to help with the incorrect VIN number they had put on our HU-3). Took me 3 days at the inspection station to resolve that one, and Hunter didn't even want to fax a required form to us!
Their lack of interest in talking to anyone on the phone or providing any assistance is really disappointing. They make a great product, but to bad they don't take care of their customers. Heck I am sure we have help them indirectly with more than a few sales from all the intererest and emails we have received about our tear!
Anyways I decided to just use some varathane we had to fix up a few weathered areas in the galley and be done with it.
Off camping in the tear for a week on Friday! Weeeeeeee!
