I found this OSB (I think) at Home Depot for 4.96. a sheet.
Thought it would be good for a cheap practice run at my measuring and cutting

Pleas be critical toward me.
I know its hard to tell from the pic, but does it look alright?
It sure helped make the project look right.
The floor looked small until I sat this thing on top.

The one good thing about using OSB is that now you will have a good template to use to router the inside and outside profiles from
How far up is the door opening from the bottom. I am thinking you might want it lower because your mattress wil compress and when you try to sit by the door your legs may not like it(no padding). Will your fenders be in the way of the door opening? How are you going to mount the back hatch cover? I I do not see a cutout for the hatch - not saying you have to, just something to think about.

Looks good though and if you are happy that is all that matters.

Looks good to me. A practice pattern is a good idea. Lets you know if you need a change.

Great thoughts!!
I have put my efforts into finnishing the axle so I will know where to mount the door.
I also was worried about the door being too high.
I am confused about the cut out for the hatch.
I sure dont want to mees up a good sheet of plywood.
So Please help!!

Refer to page 20 of the 'Generic Benroy Plans' for the hatch cutout. At least I think that what you are talking about.

Your hatch should meet your bulkhead wall. So the cutout will start there and follow around. This is deep enough to allow the hatch to fit level over the sides and have room for the weather stripping and Aluminum trim if you use it.

looks like you're doing the same as me. Sides attached directly to the sides of the floor. Gives and extra 1.5 inches inside.
