Keith B wrote:5'x10' x1/2" or 3/4" only is a very standard size in commercial cabinet and counter building...we use it all the time; HOWEVER, you need to go to a "lumber yard" not a home store...and drag your wallet along, as it's going to be close to $80-$100 a sheet pending on finish....another option for you...pingpong board is 5x9, but again, you have to go to a lumber yard.... My floor is made out of 2 pieces of 4x8 1/2" BC (TD is 5' wide, so I had 3' of scrap) w/ adequate framing... far cheaper.
