Kerry , thanks again for your photochopping! I'll be lookin into chopping it down some. I like the pic you did. It evens it out. I maybe even might try cutting 2 feet off. We'll see.

Well Boodro, I would say your thinking the right direction. Playing around with Kerry's rendering, I took another foot off (via eyeball) and I think it looks better yet. You also might thing about upgrading your wheels to 14", that would help. You also may have to move your axle forward another 6" at least. You still end up with a 10' teardrop which is plenty big. Tell you what. Bring it to the ITG in June and we'll draw on it. 
Sorry about the tire coming apart.
It's to locate your hinge point for your hatch. Use a cloth tape and measure up from the floor along your new rear profile.I'm not sure what you meant by the 4 foot mark. Maybe a drawing or pic if you can? Thanks.
