Teardrop construction website up!

Go to www.crocodiletear.com for the new teardrop construction website! Lots of details, pix, construction log, etc. on building a teardrop from scratch for $593.

It was great fun building this little teardrop! Small changes are happening to make it as perfect as possible. Over time, the website will include these changes. I'm working on a new section to be called "innovations." As I get them in the website, I'll make a post here to let you know.

But you did an OUTSTANDING job on organizing the content in that manner, and telling him how the site should be laid out and how links should work within the site!

The Texas State Troopers call them "fenders." "Mud deflectors" are those little flat rubber things on the aft end of the fenders that deflect mud. I don't have any.

But-- a set of fenders for $8 isn't bad! And I got a big plastic garbage can along with it!

The other day I found one of the real selling points. By accident, I SAT on my fender. Uh-oh, I thought! If it had been made of a light gage of metal, it would have bent. But the cheapo barrel-plastic fender didn't bend. It remembered its shape and went back to it!

Somebody ought to make a car out of this stuff! :)
