Hey Hbalm, I'm laughing at Elmo's answer and it's tough to write this.
I put that in the picture on purpose and actually no one has asked me about another thing I did which should be obvious.
The thing sitting on the countertop is a cutting board!! I just couldn't see cutting anything on my lacquered countertop so I had some scrap left over. I cut out this board, coated it 3 times with vegetable oil and there you have it.
Hey Finnomatic - no plans for a second build - yet! I don't like my odds right now - let's see: 2nd TD build = 3rd marriage?

Yep, MJ, go with what you think is right because it probably is.. Purchased plans are real good if you could soften them up a tad and then use them in the old "Cresent Motel".

Ira, I am retired, have too much time on my hands so I "create" things to do. I started building about two months ago and would have had it done if it weren't for attempting to follow someone else's published plans - now I know better and learned short cuts.

Wow, many Thanks for all the great comments. I really didn't know if I was doing right, wrong or indifferent in the galley. I just wanted a functional space that would work for nearly everyone.
I will be going to the ITG and this trailer will be for sale. I don't want to do it but, I have encountered some pressing matters that force the sale.

Just an idea for you .. Your tear is beautiful.. I like the thought of the cutting board there too.. many of the caravans here have the cutting board made so it sits nicely on top of the sink sort of has a routered lip on the bottom of it to hold it there.. so it sits as a sink cover.

Im going to do that with mine..
