Just to make one set it a lot of work and there at least 12 co . that make great fenders not thin ones the sun will eat up for 12" wheels . few are very thin because the Manufacturers buy there resin by the gal. not by the toe (275gal) . just look under food serves cart's.If you look at grant" he has a large choose of bigger fenders . I do the kits and 2 tips for the smaller one's . If you make a set make sure that you make thick and use core mat helps with rocks and Don't use PVA if you can get watter in your air line It leaves pin holes .Use more wax

Andrew lotus 7 are my bread and butter and they come from across the pond did they ever use finders that look like the pic
